Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is the gold standard for substance use disorder (SUD) treatment. We combine FDA approved medications, like buprenorphine/naloxone, with behavioral services, to support patient recovery in an outpatient medical office setting.

Access
We welcome new patients and have appointments available during the week, within 24 hours. We provide services in an outpatient setting similar to a primary care office. We offer convenient, efficient appointments with no waiting lists or overnight stays.

We strive to help every patient who reaches out to us by minimizing financial barriers. We accept most insurance plans- including NC Medicaid, Medicare, and most Commercial plans. See below for details. We also offer affordable self-pay options.
